During the holidays and horrible snow fall I thought I damaged my suspension. During the stat holiday's (New Years) I emailed Crompton’s with a picture of what I thought to be a damaged front strut. Ben returned my call the same day! That shows customer service and dedication. It turned out that the strut was not damaged and I only had a bent plate. They fixed the plate at minimal cost. That is honesty as I believe anywhere else it probably would have cost me two new struts and a heavy bill right after Christmas. Ben also advised me that if I'm stuck again to call them and they will help get me out safely. It is a comfort to know this service is available if required. I was very thankful and recommend Crompton's.
My wife and I were headed out of town when our car broke down due to seized callipers on our vehicle. Ralph and his team took the time to take us in and stayed after hours to fix our vehicle so my family could continue on with our vacation. The most honest and giving automotive company I've ever dealt with. I would recommend Cromptons anytime and thank the team again for taking such great care of us personally and professionally.
