I had problem with our vehicle that failed air care. The fault was quickly discovered and rectified, in the same day. Service was impeccable.

They were very help and cmmunicated with me keeping me update regarding the status of my RV. It broke down and had to be towed in. They identified and fixed problem and on their test drive found another problem and notified and fixed problem and on their test drive found another problem and notified me regarding it and fixed it as well. I found them most helpful.

I've been taking my Nissan to Crompton's for the last couple years and I've always had great service. Ralph the owner is really nice and informative. As a woman, it's been hard for me to find an auto shop I can trust, but I know that Crompton's will never try to sell me something that my car doesn't need. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Proffessional courtious service

We've been going to Crompton's Auto Care for about five years now. We continue to go there because it's a convenient location to our house and because of the service we receive. They know us there. Plus. they are very trustworthy and honest and don't try to take advantage of you.

I had an expensive brake jog done in Decemeber at Cromptons which heretofore i would have done at the Mercedes dealer. Initially all went well but after 2 thousand kilometers later the brakes began to grub and my Mercedes mechanic said that the calibers were most likelu at fault. I brought the car back to Cromton's they fixed the calipers at no charge in a professional way. I belief that that this is the true testimony of the quality of service, when something goes wrong they did not argue that it was my fault they just attended to the problem.

I had a horrible car day and Crompton's Auto Care did everything in their power to get it taken care of for me. It was my firs time using their services, and they really bent over backwards for me. They got if fixed and running withing five hours and stayed under my budget. I'll definitely gbe going back.

I've been using Crompton's Auto Care for many years, and have only experienced excellent and professional service. They are knowledgeable, accurate and on time. I feel assured that when they're servicing and inspecting my car, that they are really checking it out for safety reasons. Imight end up paying a little more if the find additional things to fix, but I feel it's money well spent. Plus, they never do additional work without it being totally necessary or without my go ahead. They really provide top-notch service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
