I have had my car serviced by Crompton Motors since 1997, and am very satisfied with their service. Ralph and Cathy and the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the use of their courtesy car has been very helpful over the years, when I needed it to go to work while my car was being repaired. They will also take me home if I have to leave my car there, and come and pick me up when it is ready, if I don't need the courtesy car to go to work. Over the years, they have solved many car problems and have given me great service at reasonable prices, and I highly recommend them.

This shop is just around the corner from my house and I've had great service. I have basic auto knowledge, maybe a bit more than the average person but honestly if people are going to complain about "prices" and diagnostics that they were already aware of, it helps to communicate that effectively ahead of time and perhaps get a quote on the work. All I have to say is that this shop has been great and that their prices for services are reasonable especially for someone who often gets most work done at the dealership.
