Had my Volvo XC70 serviced and AC recharged at Cromptons recently. This was the first time I brought this particular vehicle in. Finding service stations that can work on Volvos locally is challenging, but Cromptons looks like they are more than able to do so and at a fair price. Ben and Ralph did what was required , gave good advice and made sure that the cost was as agreed on.I feel that should I have to return to correct something for any reason I'll be well looked after. Thanks guys!

Everyone was so professional and helpful. The work was explained and shown to me beforehand and I was given options to choose from. It seemed like the staff went out of their way to accommodate "my" needs, but they probably do that for everyone! Thanks for everything!!!

I had a great first experience at Crompton's, they were able to accommodate me right away and give me a ride to and from work. When I picked up my car not only was my part installed but the interior was vacuumed and exterior washed. I was sent away with my receipt and a delicious chocolate, a perfect pick me up for my commute home. All of the staff I met were really friendly too. I chose Crompton's for the convenience / availability of the part I needed and their ability to fit me in right away, and I think I will come back for future service needs!
