I broke down on the side of the freeway. I called a tow, but all of the shops were closed so they stored it overnight, and were planning to tow it to Cromptons the next morning. Only it didn’t end up at the shop until the following afternoon. Ben from Cromptons was so helpful. He stayed in communication with me throughout the day once we realized the tow company was taking a long time to get my car there. After it was fixed and I drove all the way back from the Okanagan to pick it up, it was a great surprise to find that my car had been cleaned! Amazing service and a very affordable price. Don’t think twice before hiring these guys!
