I really appreciated Ben's professional approach and kindness as we discovered my car needed quite a bit of work. I am hopeful that the thorough check of my aging car's systems has brought the majority of issues to a stable place. Certainly I feel comfortable to go back should any further issues arise.

We had a difficult problem to solve and Ralph,Ben & team did a very exceptional job to fix it and to source parts. An motorhome RV engine is not easy to work on but they managed to get it done. Although it took some lengthy time, we were able to use their loaner car , otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get the work done there. I see they also warrant their work and parts for a 3 year, 36k term which is a valuable part of the overall work as with an RV you really have to rely on the repairs.

Fast & efficient replacement of the oxygen censors. No high pressure sales pitch. Cost as per quote. Car is running well . Much appreciated gentlemen.

I Was mostly happy with the service but was a little disappointed that I was not contacted at the time I was told my car would be ready. I was told that my car should be ready around 11:30am-12pm. I waited and then I called at 1:20pm to see if it was ready because I had not yet received a phone call. When I called, I was told it was ready, so I went and picked it up. Everything was finished and the price was as quoted. All and all, my experience was pretty good. I just would have liked to have known sooner as to whether my car was ready or not because I had a schedule to keep. Thank you. I will return for service in the future.
